THE GOVERNING BODY.
We have the President, Secretary, Project officer and Finance officer and three other members, one from Advisory board, one from the Examination board and one Volunteer, this body is called the Executive Board.
The principal officers are, The president ,The General Secretary and the project Officer.
We also have the Advisory Board which will be meeting with the executive board from time to time to advice on their projects.
There is Examination Board which oversees all matters relating to the You and Your Bible Contest. (YYB)
We have a show by name TALENT HUNT, it is aimed at discovering the various talent of our young ones in the society, it will be in seasons and each season will produce one best person in the categories which will be chosen. Example, Music, Chorography, Drawing, painting, preaching, quote I quote and etc. The best person or group from each category will be awarded and get an endorsement deal with Zion Crest Group and other ambassadorial deals .
EXECUTIVE BOARD.
The Executive board shall consist of the President, The General Secretary, The Operations/ projects manager, The financial manager and other three, one from Advisory Committee, one from the Examination committee and one from Volunteer group.
VOLUNTEER GROUP
We have a volunteer group who will be assisting the projects of Zion Crest Events in the various capacity. They shall be a recognised body who will be tasked of several activities and jobs.
ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
There is a committee called, advisory Committee which shall consist of Clergyman from the member churches. They shall be chosen by the Executive board. They shall be seven member committee and their term of office shall be four years for each member. After that, their work shall be subjected to a renewal by the executive board.
EXAMINATION COMMITTEE
The Examination committee shall consist of members not less than seven, who will be looking after the affairs of the questions and Answers for the YOU and Your Bible.
